Neutrino can be used as info-centar, public lavatory, showroom, smaller family homes, office or bungalow. In addition to extremely low cost of use and maintenance, comfort in the Neutrino is at high level.
When designing your Neutrino you can use any of suggested room layouts or independently design interior according to your own desires. Thanks to standardised prefabricated elements, Neutrino can be quickly and easily converted or upgraded, depending on your current needs.
In accordance with your wishes you can choose high-tech systems such as solar power plant, collecting and purifying water, heat pump, smart automation system and other.

All Neutrino elements are recyclable or naturally degradable. While designing, driven by Japanese philosophy, we chose natural and recyclable materials.
In its life cycle, production-construction-use-recycling, Neutrino has positive environmental impact!
Final envelope of facade can be made from various materials that best suit the tradition and the environment. Some of suggested possibilities are wooden, herbal or stone facades, but type of material and final finish is adjustable users desires.
SUSTAINABLE
One of the most important goals in achieving sustainability in architecture is energy efficiency over the lifetime of a building. This means implementing both passive and active techniques to reduce the building’s energy needs as well as choosing the right materials with low embodied energy and low CO2 footprint. Neutrino sustainability is realized by careful material and equipment selection and installation that ensures low heat loss through transmission, radiation, and ventilation.
The possibility of using renewable resources on site is one of the critical things to consider and that is why we are offering integrated photo voltaic solutions for energy, heat pumps for heating and cooling as well as water filtration of rainwater if needed.
MODULAR
The ability to use the same Neutrino module in multiple configurations enables a large variety of designs using only several different elements. This modularity brings several advantages such as greater quality of the produced parts, cost savings, and reduced environmental impact.
Besides reduction in cost and greater flexibility in design, modularity offers other benefits such as augmentation (adding a new solution by merely plugging in a new module), and faster build / assembly times.
PREFABRICATED
Neutrino elements are fabricated in a factory in controlled and supervised conditions, they are then quality-checked and packaged for shipping.
Traditional construction methods require extra materials that lead to increased waste. However, since prefabricated elements are made in a factory, extra materials can be recycled at the place of origin.
Every element is sized for easy handling and can be easily installed by hand on-site without using heavy machinery. The on-site assembly process is fast – it takes only several hours to complete the main structure and to close the building from the outside elements.

Regardless of weather conditions, Neutrino with its thermal insulation secures pleasant microclimate that provides protection from outside conditions.
Heating and cooling are accomplished with the heat pump with high efficiency, while heat recuperation reduces energy dissipation. Thus, the costs of using Neutrino are extremely low, while synergy with photovoltaic power plant reduces them to zero.
